The Cuban Crocodile is native only to Cuba and found in the
wild in only two locations.
Inhabiting freshwater swamps, it can grow typically to some
8 feet in length (some 2.5 metres), although the largest
have been 11 feet (3.5 metres).
It is typically more patterned than other crocodiles and
with less smooth skin. It also has legs better-adapted for
hunting on land and is said to be intelligent and able to
hunt in groups.
