The King Vulture is a large vulture native to Central and South America, from central Mexico to Northern Argentina, including Caribbean islands. |
As all vultures, they feed on carrion. With their size and strength, they often steal carcasses from other vultures, especially hides too tough for lesser vultures to tear. |
