Patagonian Burrowing Parrot Patagonian Conure

The Patagonian or Burrowing Conures, from southern Argentina, southern Chile and Uruguay, are unusual for parrots in that they burrow into cliffs for nesting.

They are also known as Cliff-dwelling Conures or Parakeets. Their underside is colourful.
