Stresemann's Lorikeet is another "Rainbow" lorikeet. It used to be in "haematodus" species but has been moved to "forsteni". It has a black head with bright blue flecks, a greenish-yellow nape, orange breast with some slight dark edging and yellow patches but mainly plain, blue-black stomach and green and yellow thighs. It comes from Kalaotoa, Indonesia. |
