The Uvea or Ouvea Parakeet, also (and previously) called the Uvea/Ouvea Horned Parakeet, comes from the island of Ouvea in the Loyalty Islands near new Caledonia. Similar to the Horned Parakeet above, it was previously considered a sub-species but has been split out into its own separate species. Unlike the Horned Parakeet, its crest has six black-green feathers with no red tip, the dark red brow is less extensive and the nape and ear feathers are light green rather than orangey-yellow.
