The Yellow-billed Duck comes from south and east Africa. The one shown above is the South African Yellow-billed Duck (Anas undulata undulata).

It is larger and darker than other yellow-billed ducks such as the Yellow-billed Pintail, Yellow-billed Teal and Spotbill.
