White-browed Tit-warbler
The White-browed Tit-warbler, also called Severtzov's Tit-warbler, is a colourful little jewel that lives in mountain forests of Central Asia, southern Russia and Himalayan regions of northern India and China. It is related to the Long-tailed Tits. The male is more brightly coloured than the female. Photos taken in Kazakhstan by Alexandra Makhnina who, despite the tree branch, got far better (closer) photos than I did.

As an afterthought, I have added my own distant photo to show how the bird's colours serve to break up its outline and provide camouflage in its rocky habitat.
