The
Purple-tailed Imperial Pigeon is found in West Papua and Papua New Guinea. Imperial Pigeons are large, forest-dwelling pigeons with stomachs and guts adapted for eating fruit without damaging the seeds so that they assist in dispersing the seeds of their food plants. |
